Early in our careers, we were told, “If you want to help people, this isn’t the right industry,” as the focus was on sales and profits over people. We’ve had enough. We genuinely care about the people we work with and strive to make the best possible matches without compromising quality or integrity.

Our process begins with a deep understanding of your business strategy and culture. Clients need to be open to sitting down with us and getting raw and real. Maintaining clear/constant communication is a must. If you have excellent candidates to choose from, the process shouldn’t take weeks. From there, a senior recruiter conducts a personalized search, personally connecting with candidates to ensure they’re the perfect fit for your team. You will receive our top 2-3 candidates, that have been thoroughly vetted. To work with us, whether as a client or candidate, we need to tackle the basics: what’s working, what’s not, and whether internal issues are causing unnecessary turnover. We can work through these things, as long as we know what we are dealing with. Transparency and honesty are key, and we’re committed to the same. We only partner with those dedicated to hiring talent the right way because true partners and allies are essential for success. And yes, we have a strict “no jerks” policy.

Pricing is personalized for each client, considering factors like organization size, revenue, role specifics, and what feels fair for everyone. It’s simple, and we’re not here to get rich. We believe in a “give to get” approach, taking friends, family, and referrals into account.
